1、 Planting time
When growing Dendrobium at home, there is not much time limit, but the suitable growth temperature of Dendrobium is about 25-30 ℃, so it is best to choose spring and autumn. Other seasons are OK and can survive, but pay attention to maintaining the surrounding environment p>
2、 Prepare the flowerpot
Dendrobium has high requirements for air permeability and drainage. Flower pots with good air permeability can be selected. The material can be tile pots, which can ensure the normal discharge of water without too much. They can match with the size of plants, with a diameter of about 20 cm p>
3、 Preparation of matrix
The culture medium inside needs to be matched reasonably. Large stones can be used at the bottom, which can facilitate water drainage and air permeability. Small stones or ceramsite can be used in the middle part, which can ensure the normal breathing of the rhizome without suffocation. The top layer can be made of soft materials, and the fermented pine bark is a good choice p>
4、 Planting upper basin
When you are ready to plant, bury the seedlings in it, and the matrix covers most of the roots. Water immediately after planting, then apply fertilizer, sprinkle special fertilizer next to the root, cover it with a layer of bark, and finally put it in a well ventilated semi shady environment p>
