1、 Precautions
1. Avoid damaging roots: if the plants are ready to change pots, they should be treated with water control in advance, so that it is easier to remove pots and not easy to damage roots. If it is a plastic pot when removing the pot, it is recommended to cut the pot directly, which can reduce the damage of root system. If you hurt a new root, it is difficult to recover in the later stage p>
2. Pruning the root system: when changing the pot, we must prune the root system, cut off some old roots, dead roots, rotten roots and sick roots, and leave only some strong new roots, so that it can better absorb water and nutrients in the later stage, which is beneficial to its growth and recovery p>
3. Disinfection and soaking: after root pruning, you can't put it in the basin immediately. You should air it for disinfection. Soak the root system of the plant in the disinfectant and soak it for more than six hours. In this way, new roots can grow quickly and grow again quickly. If it is not disinfected, the wound is easy to be infected and will hinder growth p>
2、 Basin changing time
It is suggested to change the pot in early spring or autumn. The climate in these two seasons is relatively more suitable, which can reduce the damage to it. Try to avoid summer and winter. If the temperature is too high in summer, a large amount of water will be lost, and the wound part is also easy to be infected with bacteria. The low temperature in winter is easy to frostbite the plant, and it is difficult to adapt in the later stage, which is unfavorable to the recovery p>
