1、 When will it be transplanted
Hawthorn tree has strong adaptability and can be transplanted in spring and autumn. There is not much requirement for time. The best time is after falling leaves in late autumn, that is, from late October to early November. After falling leaves, it belongs to the dormancy period until germination. At this time, the aboveground part of hawthorn tree has been dormant and no longer grows and develops. After the leaves fall, transpiration is no longer carried out, so it can reduce the consumption of water and nutrients. Transplanting in dormant state is not easy to damage the branches and leaves, which has little impact on the hawthorn tree itself. After transplanting, the underground temperature is still relatively high, which can maintain the rooting under the ground, and the survival rate is relatively high p>
2、 How to transplant
1. Dig out the trees: before transplanting, dig out the hawthorn trees. The range of digging should be smaller and do not damage the main roots p>
2. Pit excavation preparation: select the place to be transplanted, dig a pit in advance according to the size of hawthorn tree, which should be able to accommodate the growth. Put base fertilizer on the bottom of the pit, and then lay a layer of soil. Do not make the fertilizer directly contact with the root p>
3. Proper pruning: prune the hawthorn tree, remove the old roots and rotten roots, and cut off the diseased branches, weak branches and over dense branches p>
4. Transplanting: transplant the Hawthorn Tree to expand the root system, and then cover it with soil and water p>
