In addition, when the orchid is short of water, its growth will be affected, the gloss of its leaves will decline, and the surface will become dim

3. Observe the basin soil: judge whether there is water shortage in the basin according to whether the basin soil is white. Or you can insert a bamboo stick into the appropriate position in the basin and take it out later. Judge the water content in the plant material of the orchid basin according to the moisture degree of the bamboo stick. If the bottom of the bamboo chopsticks is four or five centimeters wet, there is no need to water, on the contrary, it needs to be watered in time

If the water shortage is not serious, just add water in time and the plant can resume normal growth. If the water shortage is serious, there will be empty roots in the roots of orchids. It is necessary to dig out the plant, cut off all the empty roots, sterilize the whole plant, soak it in rooting agent solution, and then change the soil and replant it for maintenance
