1、 Preservation method
1. Put it in a cool place: generally, put it in a cool place after buying pitaya. Don't let it see the sun, and the room temperature should not exceed 30 ℃, so it can be stored for one week to two weeks. If the temperature is relatively high, it is recommended to put it in the refrigerator, otherwise the high temperature will accelerate the deterioration of the fruit p>
2. Refrigerate: if you want more water in pitaya, you can refrigerate it. The temperature should be between 3-6 degrees. In this way, it can be stored for about 1 month p>
3. Cut and refrigerate: if you have cut the Pitaya and want to preserve it, wrap it with plastic wrap first, and then put it in the shade. You can also wrap it in plastic bags. But if it's overnight, it needs to be put in the fridge. If it has been cut, the storage time should not exceed 2 days p>
2、 Precautions
1. When storing pitaya in cold storage, the temperature should not be lower than 1 degree. Too low temperature will freeze it. In addition, we should not let the Pitaya squeeze each other, otherwise it will be easier to be damaged p>
2. If the purchased pitaya is not mature, it's best not to refrigerate it in the refrigerator, because it is afraid of freezing. If it is placed in the refrigerator, it is prone to black spots or deterioration p>
