1、 Cutting propagation
Cutting should be carried out when it is warm. It is recommended to carry out cutting from May to June or from September to October. The cuttings should be strong and semi lignified, with the length controlled at 8-10cm, and the lower leaves should be cut off to reduce water consumption. Also prepare soil with strong drainage performance, which can be pure sandy soil. When it is ready, poke a hole in the soil surface, put in cuttings, compact the soil, and water it once. In the later stage, keep warm and moisturize, and take root in more than a month p>
2、 Grafting propagation
To graft, choose strong piles as rootstocks, and cut a 1.5-2 cm opening at the top. Then cut the bottom of the cuttings into wedge-shaped faces. Note that both rootstocks and cuttings should expose the cambium. After treatment, insert the cuttings into the notch of the rootstock, align them with the cambium, and bind them with rope. In the later stage, we should pay attention to temperature control and ensure a warm environment, so that we can survive soon p>
3、 High altitude batten
In addition to cutting and grafting, high-altitude strip pressing method is also commonly used. Select the branches with good growth and peel them under the nodes, with a width of about 1-2 cm. Then prepare peat soil and rotten pine leaves, wrap them in plastic bags and fix them at the wound. In the later stage, pay attention to frequent water spraying and moisturizing, so that you can take root soon. Just cut it off and continue planting, and the survival rate is also relatively high p>
