2、 Do the four seasons bloom

There are many varieties of lavender. The general varieties can only bloom for one season, and the flowering period is usually concentrated in June and July. However, some varieties can bloom in four seasons, such as lavender pinnatifida, which is a horticultural variety. As long as the temperature is appropriate, it can bloom continuously in four seasons. Usually, the flowering period is concentrated from November to may, and it is easy to stop flowering and hibernate in high temperature in summer

3、 How can it bloom

1. Sufficient light: for any plant, light is helpful for flowering, and lavender is no exception. Ensuring sufficient light can make flower buds differentiate better, so as to promote plant flowering. If the environment is too dark, it will grow in vain. It will not only fail to bloom, but also look very ugly

2. Proper fertilization: Lavender needs certain nutrients for flowering, so it should be properly fertilized. Phosphorus and potassium fertilizer is usually selected as fertilizer, which can promote flower growth. The amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be controlled during growth, otherwise it will also affect the flowering of plants

3. Suitable temperature: lavender will bud only in the environment of 25-30 ℃, and the plant will bloom when the temperature is between 20-22 ℃. If the temperature is too low or too high, it is not conducive to the opening of flowers. Therefore, water should be sprayed to cool down in high-temperature areas, and proper heat preservation should be carried out in low-temperature areas
