1. Preparation of cultivation facilities
Strawberry soilless cultivation should grow according to the cultivation tank, which is divided into dig down cultivation tank and high border cultivation tank. Generally, a 70 cm wide walkway shall be reserved at the root of the rear wall in the greenhouse, and then the cultivation trough shall be excavated from north to south, with a width of 50 cm and a depth of about 25 to 30 cm. The length shall be determined according to the overall span of the greenhouse. The space between the cultivation tanks should be set aside 40 cm, and a layer of plastic film should be laid on the tank wall. The high ridge cultivation trough is usually built up with bricks p>
2. Colonization preparation
Suitable varieties should be selected before planting. Generally, Hongyan, Zhangji and tiancharlie can be selected. In areas with high altitude and low temperature, Guinugan and Fengxiang can be selected. After selecting the varieties, three days before planting, we should do a good job in killing insects and sterilization for strawberry seedlings, and spray some pesticides to reduce the problems of diseases and pests after planting. After sterilization, it needs to be watered once to prevent damaging the root of the seedling when it rises. Then, when raising seedlings, it is necessary to do a good job in grading treatment, according to the size of seedlings, and then plant in different sheds p>
The planting time can generally be selected around September of each year, so that it can be sold out of season when it is listed in January of the next year p>
3. Colonization method
Before planting, the cultivated substrate shall be watered to ensure the wetting of the substrate. When planting, avoid sunny weather and try to do it on cloudy days or in the evening. Moreover, we should try our best to choose strong seedlings with developed and healthy roots. Only three new leaves should be reserved on each seedling, and its roots should be properly trimmed. During formal planting, two rows can be planted in each cultivation tank, the row spacing should be kept between 30 and 35 cm, and each seedling should be separated by 8 to 10 cm. The depth should be basically equal to or slightly higher than the cultivation surface. After planting, watering an appropriate amount of water will help slow down the seedlings p>
4. Water and fertilizer management
During the growth period of strawberry, pay attention to keep the substrate moist. Drip irrigation under film can be used for watering. Then, an appropriate amount of farm fertilizer can be applied after each harvest of the main flower ear, and some potassium fertilizer can be added to improve the sugar content of the fruit p>
