1、 Illumination
Saffron likes light, but it doesn't like strong light. It is resistant to semi shade environment. Letting it bask in direct light for 2-3 hours a day is enough for the growth and flowering of lipstick Chlorophytum. It is more suitable for hanging by the window indoors p>
2、 Temperature
The most suitable temperature for the growth of saffron is 21-26 ℃, and the maintenance temperature is appropriate. It can bloom all year round. Proper shading and cooling in summer and more ventilation. If the temperature is low in winter, move into the room for maintenance to ensure that the maintenance temperature is above 10 ℃, you can survive the winter safely p>
3、 Watering
Don't water the lipstick Chlorophytum too much, otherwise the plant is prone to black stems, yellow leaves and flower buds. It's best to touch the soil surface and turn white, weigh the basin soil with your hand, and then water it after it becomes obviously lighter, that is, "see dry and see wet" p>
4、 Fertilization
In spring and autumn of each year, the large pots can be changed gradually according to the growth of lipstick Chlorophytum. When changing the pots, sufficient base fertilizer (bean cake, bone meal, etc.) can be buried into the bottom of the pots. Topdressing can not be used in the later stage. If the plants do not bloom, a small amount of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can be applied p>
5、 Diseases and insect pests
Lipstick Chlorophytum usually doesn't provoke diseases and pests. Generally, insects get sick, and most of them are infected. We usually pay more attention to ventilation. We can prevent it by spraying Carbendazim and flower protection God once a month in late spring and summer p>
6: Cutting
If you want to breed, as long as it's not too cold at home, you can cut about 10cm top branches and insert them into the basin soil. Ensure that the substrate is moist and does not accumulate water. It can take root in about 30 days, and can be transplanted into a pot half a month after taking root p>
