1、 Basin changing time

Pay attention to the time when changing the basin. It is recommended to change it in spring. When the temperature is appropriate, the plant growth is also stable. At this time, changing can reduce the damage to it, and it can adapt faster and recover growth faster in the later stage. It cannot be changed in summer and winter. The temperature in summer is too high, which is easy to dehydrate, and it is inevitable that there will be wounds when changing the basin, which is easy to infect bacteria and germs. The temperature is low in winter and is easy to be frostbitten, which is also unfavorable to the later recovery

2、 Pruning roots

The germination ability of golden branches and jade leaves is relatively strong. The root system should be trimmed every time the pot is changed. Cut off some old, rotten and sick roots and leave only healthy roots. Disinfect after trimming and apply carbendazim to the wound to avoid infection. In this way, the later stage of treatment can better absorb nutrients and water and promote better germination

3、 Replace with new soil

Each time, remove part of the old soil, about two-thirds, and add new nutrient soil. In this way, the soil will be more loose, breathable and more sufficient nutrients. When preparing, rotten leaf soil, garden soil and river sand can be mixed to meet the demand. If the old soil is too hard, it can be replaced completely

4、 Post planting management

Pay attention to the management after changing pots. It should be placed in a ventilated place without light, and then slowly increase the light after four or five days. Because just after changing the basin, it is very weak and has not recovered its growth. If it is exposed to strong light, it is easy to get sunburned. After four or five days, the slow basin period can be basically passed and can be managed normally
