1、 Sow
After the seeds of Paeonia lactiflora mature, they need to be harvested and sown into the soil. The survival rate of autumn sowing is high, while spring sowing is not easy to germinate. Before sowing, you can soak it in warm water for a day, which can promote the rooting of seeds. Prepare loose and fertile soil, sprinkle seeds on the soil surface, pour appropriate amount of water, and cover it with plastic film. Seedlings can emerge in the next spring p>
2、 Ramet
Peony is usually propagated by ramets. The time of ramet is generally in autumn. If the time is too early, it will easily lead to autumn hair of the plant and affect the growth of the second year. If it is too late, it will also affect the development. Before branching, take out the plant from the pot, be careful not to hurt the root, and then separate 3-5 sub plants with 2-3 buds. The separated sub plants can be directly planted in the soil p>
3、 Cutting
Cutting is usually carried out in the middle of July. Cut 10-15 cm long branches as cuttings, with two nodes on them and compound leaves on the top. Dip the bottom of the cuttings with indoleacetic acid, which can promote rooting. Prepare loose and fertile soil, insert cuttings into about 5cm, and then water them to keep the soil moist. Usually, they will take root in 20-30 days p>
4、 Batten
Peony layering needs to select a strong plant, find a branch without diseases and pests from above, and then peel it. Be careful not to break the branch. Wrap the peeled area with wet soil and wrap it with plastic tape, so as to avoid soil falling off and moisturize. After waiting for rooting, it can be planted separately p>
