How to Secure a New Planted Tree to the Ground

Step 1: Choose the Right Materials

Before you begin securing the tree, you need to gather the necessary materials. These include a wooden stake, a tree tie, and a rubber tree guard. The wooden stake should be around 1.5 times the height of the tree, and the tree tie and rubber tree guard should be compatible with the type of tree you have planted. Step 2: Drive the Stake into the Soil

The next step is to drive the wooden stake into the soil. This should be done on the side of the prevailing wind.
