2、 Sowing method

1. Sowing time: camellia is usually sown in spring or autumn. Spring is from February to March, and autumn has to wait until the middle and late October. At this time, there is a high budding rate, so it is easier to take root after sowing. If you choose summer, high temperature and strong light are easy to sunburn the seedlings, which is not conducive to their growth. The temperature is low in winter, and the seeds are not easy to germinate

2. How to promote germination: in order to improve the germination rate, we can promote germination before sowing. First soak the seeds in 1% potassium permanganate solution, pour out the medicine for 30 minutes and seal for 1 hour. After that, soak it in warm water at 25-30 ℃, change the water every day, take it out after 4-5 days for sand storage, sprinkle water once a day, and sow it after budding

3. Pot soil preparation: camellia is suitable to grow in loose and fertile soil. It is generally prepared with mountain soil, sawdust and cake fertilizer powder. The ratio of the three is 5:4:1. This kind of soil has good air permeability, and can retain water and fertilizer, which is very conducive to the growth and development of plants. Do not use alkaline or sticky soil for cultivation, otherwise it will affect development
