1、 Grafting propagation

1. Preparatory work: Chinese rose vine can be propagated by grafting. The rootstock can be wild rose seedlings. This kind of rootstock is relatively strong, has strong vitality and is easy to survive by grafting. Strong branches can be cut from well-growing plants as grafted cuttings

2. Grafting time: the grafting time can be selected from January to February every year. During this time, the growth and germination have not started and the juice in the plant has not flowed. At this time, the grafting will cause less damage to the plant

3. Start grafting: at the sunny place where the rootstock is 4-6cm away from the ground, cut a shield shaped incision of 1-2cm with a blade, and then cut full bud points from the branches, then insert the bud points into the cut rootstock incision, and wrap and bind them with white plastic bags. After the two are fixed together, the plastic bag can be removed

2、 Cutting propagation

1. Cutting time: lianbenrose can be cut with high survival rate, but many varieties cannot be cut. The best grafting time should be in the late spring or early autumn. The temperature in these two time periods is appropriate, which is more conducive to survival

2. Cutting branches: select the plants with good growth status and cut strong twigs from above

3. Cutting: prepare the sand bed, insert the branches, keep the temperature at about 10 ℃, and spray water appropriately to promote rooting
