3. Sterilization: in order to ensure that Ganoderma lucidum is not affected by other fungi during its growth, it needs to be disinfected before inoculation. Put the bag full of nutrients into a clean container, then sterilize it with a pressure cooker at high temperature, and take it out and place it for 24 hours

4. Vaccination: take the sterilized nutrients out of the bag, re bag and seal. Find a relatively dry room with good air circulation. Put the sealed new bag into it and control the temperature at about 25 ℃. Bacteria can grow in a month

2、 What kind of soil

In order to promote the growth of Ganoderma lucidum, we must prepare suitable soil. You can use 77% cottonseed shell, 10% bran, 10% corn flour and 1% sugar, phosphate fertilizer and gypsum respectively.
