1、 How to reproduce
The propagation of Epiphyllum is divided into two kinds: cutting and sowing. Cutting propagation should select robust leafy stems, about 20 to 30 cm long. Then cut it in 2-3 sections, flatten the base, dry the cutting mouth and insert it into the sand bed. The soil should be kept moist, the temperature should be controlled at about 18 to 24 degrees Celsius, and the roots will grow in about 20 days p>
Sowing propagation is usually used in the way of cross breeding. It takes a long time from sowing to flowering. It takes four to five years, so it is generally dominated by cutting propagation p>
2、 When will it be watered when it's just inserted
Watering is necessary after cutting, and it can be done immediately when cutting goes down. However, the amount of water should be well controlled and should not be excessive. Too much water will affect its growth. After watering, the skewed branches can be straightened slowly. When straightening, it should be lighter to avoid damaging the branches just cut. It can also be sprayed with tiny spray. During this period, the soil layer should be kept moist. This will help rooting and make the roots grow faster and better. p>
