1、 Plant introduction
Reticulated grassland is produced in America. It has a small leaf observation index. It likes a warm and humid environment. It needs to pay attention to heat preservation in winter. The leaf color of reticulated grass is light and elegant, and the leaves are covered with woven network veins. It is one of the plants that are easy to be cultivated indoors p>
There are many varieties of reticulated grass, such as small white reticulated grass, red reticulated grass and so on. Among all varieties, white reticulated grass is the most common. When you look at white reticulated grass, the leaves are covered with fluff, and the square stem fluff is more obvious. It has oval leaves, low plants and creeping under the condition of vigorous growth p>
2、 Cutting time
The branches of reticulate grass are easy to grow adventitious roots and are excellent for cutting. Pick a few branches from outside or from a friend's house and you can cut a pot. The best cutting time is spring and autumn p>
3、 Cutting branch selection
First of all, we should choose a strong mother plant, not any one can. The best way to choose the netted grass is to lay its branches flat p>
Then select the branches with terminal buds, about 5cm long and 3 ~ 5 stem nodes, and cut off the stem branches and leaves inserted into the soil, or half of the leaves, so as to reduce the consumption of nutrients p>
4、 Cutting method
Cut the prepared branches in the flowerpot. 8 ~ 10 branches need to be cut in the flowerpot of about 10 cm, and then cultivate in small pots p>
After cutting, put it in a cool and ventilated place and give appropriate light. It can take root in 2 ~ 3 weeks. When the leaves gradually recover and grow small tender leaves, apply a small amount of slow-release fertilizer, and properly trim and pick the heart. You should know that sufficient sunshine and nutrients can make cutting seedlings grow rapidly p>
5、 Curing after cutting
The growth of reticulated grass needs sufficient sunshine, otherwise, the stems and leaves are easy to grow in vain and lose their ornamental value. Once the netted grass grows in vain, it is difficult to recover. It can be said to be ugly p>
In addition, reticulate grass is afraid of cold, and the temperature is too low, which is prone to defoliation. If it's not easy to cut in spring and autumn, don't be blind in winter p>
