Breeding method
Branch cutting
Cut healthy branches with a length of about 10 cm during the growth period of Yushu p>
Place the wound in a cool place and insert it into the prepared sand after the wound is dried p>
The branches will take root about 3 or 4 weeks after cutting. When the root grows to about 3 cm, it can be transplanted into the flowerpot to continue breeding. The survival rate of branch cutting is almost 100%, so we don't have to worry too much, just maintain it carefully p>
Single leaf cutting
Single leaf cutting is like the propagation of other small succulent plants. Selecting healthy leaves and placing them on the soil can produce a succulent plant from one leaf p>
Cut or break off healthy leaves from the mother plant of Yushu. The growing leaves that fall off at ordinary times can also be cleaned and used for cutting p>
Place the leaves flat on a moist soil substrate. Is it simple p>
Maintenance
Soil
Yushu is suitable for growth. The soil is fertile sandy soil with good air permeability and water permeability. Therefore, vermiculin can be directly added into peat and sand in the garden p>
Illumination
Yushu likes a sunny environment, but is afraid of direct sunlight. In the early stage of cutting, too much and strong sunlight should be avoided, and proper shading should be provided. After rooting, gradually increase the light intensity p>
Watering
The jade tree just cutted does not need too much water. Too much watering will cause decay and failure of reproduction. Usually, the soil can be kept moist. After successful cutting, watering should also adhere to the principle of "do not dry, do not pour, pour thoroughly"< span>
