Spring and summer maintenance
Spring maintenance
Spring is the peak season for the growth of Tradescantia. It is necessary to ensure sufficient water and fertilizer. Watering should be frequent, and the watering time should be arranged as far as possible when the temperature is low in the morning. Fertilizer should be applied thinly and frequently. Try to apply sufficient base fertilizer to Tradescantia before plant transplanting, and apply thin liquid fertilizer every half a month p>
From March to April in spring, Tradescantia can be cut and propagated p>
Summer curing
Lavender should not be exposed to strong light. In summer, lavender needs to be placed in half shade for maintenance, or give it shade for 70%. Pay attention to ventilation, and spray the plants every day for 2 to 3 times, so that they can cool down. p>
In summer, lavender can be watered more appropriately, but it is best to water it in the morning or evening when the temperature is low p>
Autumn and winter maintenance
Autumn maintenance
Autumn is also the vigorous growth period of Tradescantia. In autumn, the basin of Arnebia can be hung in the balcony air or under the eaves that are not exposed to direct sunlight at noon, and watered appropriately to keep the basin soil moist p>
Tradescantia is most suitable for reproduction in autumn, which is a bit prominent, mainly by cutting p>
Winter curing
The optimum growth temperature of Tradescantia is 18 ℃ ~ 30 ℃. Cold frost is forbidden. Therefore, the temperature in winter cannot be too low, and the overwintering temperature needs to be kept above 10 ℃. The Tradescantia can be moved to a bright place indoors, and the room temperature is kept at about 10 ℃. If it is outdoors, you can wrap it with film for winter, but you should often lift the film to let the plant breathe p>
In winter, Tradescantia enters dormancy, so we should do a good job in fertilizer and water control. Watering is generally carried out in sunny days when the temperature is high at noon, and fertilization should be stopped p>
