Root seed ball splitting method
The simplest way to reproduce the other shore flower is to take the ball splitting method, dig the plant out of the soil during the dormancy period or after flowering, take down the sub ball near the mother ball and plant it, and it can bloom in about one or two years p>
Bulb cutting method
Dig out the bulb of the other shore flower from the soil, wash it under clear water and remove the excess soil p>
Use a knife to cut the cleaned bulb base in meter shape, and the cutting depth is about one-half to two-thirds of the bulb length p>
Disinfect the cut bulb and place it in a cool environment for air drying p>
Then insert the bulb into the wet sand, perlite and other matrix p>
After about 3 months, the formation of adventitious buds can be seen at the junction of scales and basal disc, and small bulbs can gradually grow. After separation and cultivation, seedlings can be formed p>
Tissue culture method
Using MS medium, the pedicel and ovary were picked as explant materials. After culture, callus would be produced at the incision p>
Adventitious roots can be formed after 1 month and adventitious buds can be formed after 3 to 4 months p>
Adventitious buds and sub corms can also be produced by using pedicels and scales with stems as explant materials p>
Breeding sowing method
This kind of is usually used for the hybridization of other flowers and other varieties p>
Because the seeds are dormant in summer, they should avoid sowing in summer and can be sown in other seasons p>
Sowing shall be carried out immediately after seed collection, and the radicle can be seen after keeping the temperature at 20 ℃ for about 15 days p>
When sowing in the natural environment, only a few seedlings take out a leaf in the first growth cycle, and the seedling stage can be transplanted once. It takes about 4-5 years for the seedlings from sowing to flowering p>
