Seedling raising
The young seedlings of yolk fruit can be directly bought back from the market. Select 2-3-year-old branches with a thickness of 1.5-3.0 cm that grow obliquely to the sun or horizontally from the mature trees with strong tree potential and good fruit quality. At the place 15 cm away from the branches, select the smooth and straight side of the epidermis and cut two knives in a ring. The distance between the cuts is about 3-6 cm and the depth reaches the xylem. Peel off the cortex between the two cuts, polish and attach it to the cambium of the xylem with hemp fiber, And exposed for about 7 days, so that the remaining cambium cells dry and die. After 60 days, cut off the twigs and too many branches and leaves, keep 1 ~ 2 branches with good growth, cut off the leaves, carefully untie the film, keep the root ball intact, and put it into the nutrition bag to promote root and false planting p>
Upper basin
The period of egg yolk fruit suitable for pot is relatively long. In areas where there is no freezing injury or indoor overwintering in winter, it can go to the basin in autumn and grow vigorously in the next spring. In the cold area in winter, it is safer to go to the basin before branching in spring. In rainy areas in summer, it can be put into the basin after the growth of spring shoots stops and before the summer shoots are pulled out p>

Water supply

Trim shaping
The egg yolk fruit has strong germination power. In the young tree stage, we should pay attention to shaping and pruning, reasonably distribute the branches and cultivate a good crown. After fruit picking, dense branches, pest branches, shade branches, bare branches, etc. shall be cut in time to maintain a good tree structure p>
Pest control
The occurrence of diseases and insect pests in egg yolk fruit is less. For a small number of scale insects, 5% mineral oil emulsion or 5 baumido stone sulfur mixture can be sprayed when the branches sprout. During the growth period, it can be sprayed with 40% fast killing solution of 100 ~ 500 times; For the soot disease, spray with 400 times of sterilized Dan or 0.1: 1: 100 Bordeaux spray can prevent and control the disease.
