Immersion cleaning

The Mid Autumn Festival of anemone is in a dry state when it is not sown. Before sowing, the seed ball should be soaked for 1 to 2 days to make the seed ball from a dry state to an expanded state. After soaking, the seed ball should also be cleaned and the mud on the surface should be cleaned

Select seed ball

The seed ball of Anemone will become full and hard after soaking, and will show the shape of vertebral body. Some parts will bulge and appear gray black. We should eliminate the seed ball with disease and wound. We usually use seed balls with girth of about 10cm for planting and production

Disinfection and packaging

After screening healthy seed balls, we should soak the selected seed ball drug solution for about half an hour, and dispose of the water after disinfection. Perlite is the most suitable substrate for the packaging of seed balls. During packaging, the placement of seed balls in each box should not exceed 5 layers.  

Low temperature vernalization and budding

In order to promote the rooting and germination of Anemone seed balls, low temperature treatment should be carried out first. The temperature of low temperature treatment should be maintained at about 1 ℃ to 3 ℃, and the time of low temperature treatment should be about one month. After the seed ball is treated at low temperature, take it out of the cold storage, and put it at a place of about 20 degrees Celsius for germination. It will sprout in 10 days< span>
