Cutting seedling

Thick plum is easy to take root during cutting propagation. Hard branches are usually used for cutting, and tender branches are not selected for cutting. This is because the twigs have strict requirements on temperature and humidity, and the survival rate is not very high

Collecting cuttings

In autumn, the mother strips of plums with strong growth and development can be selected as cuttings

Storage cuttings

Cut the collected cuttings into equal length stems, bundle them into a handful, and then put them into the cellar and bury them with sand

Cuttage cutting

Take the cuttings out of the cellar and soak them in clean water for two to three days. After vertical cutting on the seedbed, irrigate water to make the cuttings closely connected with the soil, so as to promote the rooting and survival of cuttings as soon as possible

Cutting management
