1、 Seed harvesting
First, seed collection should be carried out. Clivia generally needs pollination to obtain fruit. When you pollinate, the flowers are generally open and the perianth is cracked. The flower bud can mature in about 2-3 days. At this time, there is mucus on the stigma, so you can pollinate p>
When pollinating, dip the pollen with a brush and point it on the stigma of the pistil p>
Pollination is usually carried out once in the morning and afternoon, and the seeds can mature in about 8 / 9 months. When its fruit turns black and purple, it can be cut off. The seeds can be taken out in 10 days p>
2、 Sow
After the seeds are harvested, we can sow. When sowing, we should choose flowerpots and soil with good air permeability p>
Before sowing, soak the seeds in warm water at about 30 ℃ for about half an hour. After drying, they can be sown into the flower pot p>
When sowing, sow the seeds on the soil, pay attention to the bud eyes facing down, and arrange them one by one. Then cover the seeds with a layer of sawdust, compact them and spray water. Pay attention to placing them in a cool and ventilated place to keep them moist p>
Keep the seedling temperature between 15 ℃ - 30 ℃ and keep it moist. Generally, if the maintenance is better, it can germinate in about half a month. After germination, maintain it well and transplant it at an appropriate time p>
