Artificial pollination

Because the seed setting rate of natural hybridization is very low, artificial pollination is often used to carry out sexual reproduction. Picking seeds

About a week after pollination, move the flowerpot outdoors, apply water and fertilizer and take good care of it. After 5 to 6 months of development, it can be observed that the fruit gradually turns brown, which proves that the seed has grown. Pick it, raise it and put it in a ventilated and cool place

Sow

When sowing, try to choose shallow tile pots and use sterilized loose soil. When sowing, spray moisture in a shallow basin, lay a layer of charcoal chips and disinfectant soil at the bottom, then compact, divide the seeds on it and press them gently. After sowing, it can germinate in five to six weeks

Maintenance

When the seedlings grow three or four real leaves, gently take them out and plant them separately. After planting, pay attention to shade and avoid sun and rain. Fertilize when the seedlings grow to about 10 cm. We can improve the blooming speed of the plant by picking the heart. Loosening the flower buds in advance can prevent the clustering of flowers, which can also make the flowers grow better and be conducive to the vigorous development of the plant in the second year
