1、 Cutting method
1. Time: the cutting of Anthurium andraeanum is mainly carried out in spring, and the approximate time is about April to May. Generally, it can be carried out as long as the temperature is suitable, especially in midsummer and severe winter p>
2. Cuttings: prepare cuttings or healthy leaves in advance. If cutting with branches, it is best to have 1-2 stem nodes, otherwise the probability of new roots will be reduced. The branches should grow well enough so that they can take root more easily after cutting p>
3. Cutting: before cutting, apply a small amount of rooting powder on the cut of cuttings or leaves. Insert it vertically into the cultivation medium to ensure the rooting environment of 25-35 ℃, and spray an appropriate amount of water at ordinary times. After a few weeks, new roots will sprout p>
2、 Can the cut branches be cut
It's best not to cut the branches at ordinary times, because it doesn't meet the requirements of cutting and is difficult to survive. The cuttings should be strong enough with 1-2 stem nodes, and the branches we usually cut are weak or diseased branches suffering from insect pests. Such branches are not easy to grow roots after cutting, and may pollute the cultivation soil p>
