Rhizome propagation
Time selection: generally, we will breed in the early spring, around the end of March, or at the end of autumn p>
Material selection: we'd better choose some strong roots that are one to two years old and free of diseases and pests p>
Specific steps: after selecting the materials, cut the young part of the front end into several sections, with 3-4 sections on each section. Then, wait a little while. After the wound is dried, plant it according to the distance of 22-24cm in each row, the interval of 10-16cm and the depth of 5cm. Then, cover with appropriate amount of soil and pour enough water p>
Later stage management: after planting, water every three or five days to keep the soil moist. Another thing to note is that if you plant it at the end of autumn, you'd better cover it with some manure or grass to keep warm p>
Sowing and propagation
Time selection: in this way, we usually choose around August, because this is the time when the seeds are ripe p>
Material selection: mature and full seed grains should be selected p>
Specific method: after selecting seeds, we should first store them in wet sand. In other words, we can choose to mix the sand evenly, then mix the seeds in it and store them in a pit about 30 cm in the shade. Wait until around March of the next year, we can take out the seeds, and then sow them evenly according to the row spacing of 12 to 25 cm. After sowing, cover with about 1.5cm of soil. After that, pour some water and cover it with a layer of grass for moisturizing p>
