1、 Sowing time
Planting in spring and autumn is OK. Generally, sowing is carried out in April to June and October to November. The climate is warm, which is more suitable for seed germination, and the germination rate is better p>
2、 Sowing method
1. Most people buy seeds, and I don't take them myself, so before choosing seeds, we should observe whether there are defects in appearance and whether the particles are full. The seed should not be placed too long, otherwise it will affect the vitality of life p>
2. Soak the selected seeds in warm water for two days, and then take them out for standby after fully absorbing water p>
3. Find a flat sunny and fertile garden for sowing. Refine the land in advance, remove the impurities after deep ploughing, sterilize with carbendazim, and finally leave soft and fertile garden soil p>
4. When the soaked seeds are sown into the garden, a small pit of two centimeters can be dug in advance. After putting the seeds in, spray an appropriate amount of water, cover the seeds with soil and level them. The seeds of purple leaf plum have strong adaptability, strong germination ability and easy survival p>
3、 Post management
1. Transplanting seedlings
Seedlings appear after seed germination and can be transplanted in the middle and late April. The specific time should be accurate to about 4 p.m., when the sun will not shine directly, and there is no sudden drop in temperature at night, which is the most appropriate. The seedling bed to be raised shall be handled well in advance, and about 45 tons of fertilizer can be irrigated per mu of land p>
2. Seedling raising
After the seedlings are raised, move them to the seedling breeding ground. The interval of seedlings after transplanting can be about 20 or 30 cm p>
Add enough water when adding water. Purple leaf plum is not resistant to drought, but it has good moisture resistance. In addition to long-term waterlogging, it is better to be wet than dry when you are not sure how much water you need p>
