1、 Cutting

2、 Ramet

This method is suitable for the cool and humid spring, when preparing to change pots, or when the weather is slightly cool in autumn. Be sure not to plant in summer when it is too hot or in winter when the weather is particularly cold and dry. Always remember not to hurt the mother plant when dividing. Too large lateral buds, too weak lateral buds and too tight lateral buds cannot be separated. The lateral buds that are easy to separate from the mother plant should be selected. The lateral buds that are relatively strong or have at least two main roots can be divided. Then use your hand to evenly separate the lateral bud from the mother plant. If it is difficult to separate by hand, use a sharp knife to cut the bud eye. The knife should be disinfected in advance before it can be used. The cut lateral bud should wait for the wound to dry a little before planting it in a cool place, which can promote the recovery and growth of the wound. When planting, the root system must be spread out, and the plant must be upright for necessary support. Do not water immediately after planting. Spray water on its leaves to maintain its humidity. After about two days, fertilization and watering can be carried out according to the situation

3、 Sow

This method is generally used in its breeding, and it is also the most conventional breeding method. Its advantages are very simple and convenient, low cost and easy to implement, but its breeding speed is relatively slow. Because of its poor natural pollination, it needs artificial pollination to get seeds. The seeds of candlelight are relatively large, so indoor pot sowing should be adopted. The temperature between 25 ℃ and 28 ℃ is more suitable for its germination. It will germinate in about 20 to 25 days
