1. Cutting method
(1) Time choice: for this way, except that the low temperature environment is not suitable for winter, the other three seasons are OK. However, the most suitable time is from March to May. Our main consideration is that the temperature at this time is more suitable p>
(2) Material selection: we need to choose those semi lignified branches. For other requirements, we'd better choose robust and full branches. In addition, the length is required to be within the range of 10 to 15 cm p>
(3) Substrate selection: in order to better improve the survival rate of reproduction, we should consider nutrition, drainage and other functions. Therefore, we can choose other suitable materials such as sand or vermiculite as the matrix p>
(4) Formal cutting: keep the prepared substrate relatively wet, and then insert the selected branches into it to keep the substrate often wet. The survival rate of this method is still relatively high, about 80%. After waiting for about 25 days or a month, the ears can grow roots and leaves. When the roots grow three to five and the length is about three centimeters, they can be planted. After that, you should also pay attention to watering to keep it moist p>
(5) Note: both old and young branches can be used as ear cuttings, but one to two-year-old branches are the most suitable, so the seedling rate is also the highest p>
2. Other methods
In addition to cutting, there are "grafting" method or "high pressure" method. However, they are not as common as cutting, so they will not be introduced in detail here p>
