1. Flowering period
The temperature rises gradually in spring. It will bloom one after another in March and April. The period lasts for three or four months. It usually takes five to one week from flower opening to flower decline. In addition to human intervention factors, it generally grows rapidly from November in winter to spring before flowering to prepare for flowering, so we can start from this time to prolong the flowering period p>
2. Shade
Shading can use tall trees or artificial sunshades. Some exhibition experiments found that for the same variety, the flowering time of plants with semi shading treatment in the early stage will be delayed by three or four days, but the overall viewing time can be increased by about five days, so this method is feasible. The first two weeks of flowering should be covered with half a week's shade, and the time should be about one week and half a month p>
3. Moisture
The frequency and amount of water supply will also affect the flowering time. Previously, I tried watering once a week and replenishing water once two or three days. The flowering time of plants watered frequently will increase by three or four days. What we are talking about here is that before the flowers bloom, the water content should be appropriately reduced after the flowers bloom, and it is OK to keep them dry p>
4. Fertilizer
A few weeks before flowering, you can add a small amount of nitrogen fertilizer, not too heavy. Tulips didn't have high requirements for fertilizer. Adding a small amount of fertilizer can prepare better nutrients for flowering p>
5. Light
Most plants like sunlight, and tulips are no exception. They can appropriately extend the time of receiving sunlight during the growth period, and then shade a few days before flowering, which can promote flowering and prolong the flowering time p>
