1、 Sowing time
This kind of plant likes a high-temperature and dry environment, so it is generally planted in summer when there is enough light p>
2、 Preliminary treatment
1. Soak the seeds in warm water for seven or eight hours to make the seeds fully absorb water and expand. Even after getting bigger, the particles are still very small p>
2. The prepared culture medium can be sterilized with high temperature p>
3、 Sowing method
1. Choose a basin with good ventilation and drainage function, and put the sterilized substrate in it. Because the seeds are very small, you can press the seeds with your fingers or clamp them with tweezers to put them on the culture substrate one by one. If you use tweezers, pay attention to the strength and don't hurt the seeds. After placing, cover the surface with a layer of soil the same as the sowing substrate, about one centimeter thick p>
2. Prepare a large pot, put the flowerpot in the pot, and fill the large pot with water until the water reaches two-thirds of the height of the flowerpot. Let it stand for a few minutes until the soil in the flowerpot is soaked by the water planted in the big pot p>
3. Note: if there are relatively large species, put them directly into the soil and sow them at a distance of 3cm. Cover the soil after sowing, and the thickness shall be controlled at two or three times of the seed. Use a shower or watering can to give water to avoid the seeds being washed away p>
4. Pay attention to the dry and wet conditions of the soil. When it is dry, replenish water in time to keep it wet p>
5. It is covered with a film to maintain moisture and temperature p>
4、 Later maintenance
1. When the seeds grow seedlings, the film should be removed in time to avoid baking injury caused by too high temperature. After removing the film, put the flowerpot in a place with sunshine. This step is best in the evening or early morning. The noon sun is too strong for fear that the seedlings will be burned p>
2. When the seeds are young, we can see their growth status. If they are too closely spaced, they should be separated. Those who are sick and do not grow well can be removed to leave space for healthy seedlings. When the seedlings grow three leaves, they can be transplanted in different pots p>
