1. Preparation of pot soil: the basic condition of pot soil is a very important factor in the maintenance of potted iris. The pot can be prepared before changing. The flower pot should be determined according to the growth of iris, and the soil should provide soft alkaline soil with good drainage

2. Stop watering: when changing pots, in order to facilitate the removal of pots, stop watering in advance, so as to keep the soil dry and facilitate the removal of flower pots

3. Off pot pruning: put the flowerpot down, and then carefully and slowly take the iris out of the flowerpot. After taking it out, trim it with a sterilized knife. Rotten roots and old roots must be cut off

4. Pot planting: after all these are handled, the iris can be transplanted into the newly prepared flower pot
