1、 Seed taking

The seeds of the Delphinium can be collected during the flowering period in autumn and sown in spring and autumn. During this period, after picking the seeds from September to October, they can be placed in the sand at low temperature and refrigerated. They can be planted in March or April of the next year. The seeds with healthy color and appearance are selected for seed selection, and the survival rate is high

2、 Sowing method

1. Soak the seeds in warm water for five hours, take them out and dry them

2. Select a container with good drainage performance, fill it with nutrient soil, plant the seeds, and cover it with a layer of soil of about 5mm. In the early stage, it needs to be covered with a layer of straw mat to keep heat and water, and the temperature is controlled at about 15 ℃

3. Always observe the condition of tooth emergence. When the seed buds begin to top the soil, remove the straw and let the potted plant move to a place with light to receive light

4. Wait for the emergence of seedlings, and seedlings can appear in about 10 days to half a month

3、 Seedling maintenance

1. The newly emerged seedlings are still fragile. Do not add too much water to prevent too much ponding. It can make the loam dry and the temperature does not need to be too high

2. When the seedlings grow two to four leaves, they can be transplanted to maintain the integrity of the roots of the seedlings and Shovel them out

3. Prepare rich and fertile sandy soil, put it into the basin, add base fertilizer, and transplant the shoveled seedlings

4. In order to avoid lodging or bending of branches and leaves, use supports to fix the main branches and play a supporting role. After fixing, you can move to a place with sufficient sunshine and good ventilation, and keep the temperature at room temperature

5. When the plant grows 6 leaves, it can be colonized and inter seedling can be started. Remove sick and weak seedlings and increase nitrogen fertilizer
