Selection of soil
The shadow of Viola can be found in most parts of China. It is not difficult to see that it has a strong ability to adapt to the environment. At the same time, it also shows that its requirements for planting soil are not harsh, and general planting soil can meet its growth needs p>
However, it is afraid of flooding, which requires that the planting soil must not have ponding and must have good drainage capacity p>
In addition, if it is potted, we can adjust and select the planting soil more conveniently p>
The cultivation soil with relatively high fertility and relatively strong air permeability can make it grow better p>
Potting method
Potting must first have pots. The size of the flowerpot can be determined according to the amount of planting, but there should be drainage holes at the bottom of the flowerpot p>
Put the prepared planting soil in a flowerpot and level the soil surface. At this time, pay attention not to fill all the flowerpots, but to leave a certain height, so that when watering later, you don't have to worry about water overflow p>
Take a large water basin and fill it with clean water. Immerse the flowerpot in water and let the water slowly penetrate into the planting soil from the drainage hole at the bottom of the flowerpot. Wait until the surface of the planting soil in the pot changes color, take out the flower pot, and wipe the water on the bottom and wall of the pot p>
Then put the seeds evenly on the soil surface. At this time, we should pay attention to the moderate seed spacing and handle it gently to ensure that the seeds will not be damaged p>
Then cover the seeds with a layer of planting soil. It should be noted that the cover should not be too thick, 1cm ~ 2cm p>
Finally, put the flowerpot in the room with weak light, replenish water in time, and Viola will germinate soon p>
Ground planting method
Compared with other seeds, the seed of Viola is very small. Compared with sowing, it is best to choose the way of hole sowing p>
First, you need to choose a planting site. It is best to plant it on the sunny gentle slope. If there are no conditions, you can also choose other places to plant it, because it has strong adaptability and can adapt to different environments p>
However, it cannot be planted in low-lying areas, because low-lying areas will accumulate water, which is easy to cause its roots to rot p>
Before sowing, prepare the ground and turn the soil more than 30cm deep p>
Then dig the hole and sprinkle the seeds into the small hole. The cave can't be too deep. You can't plant too many seeds in a cave, just 2 ~ 3 seeds p>
Finally, rake the soil surface so that the seeds are completely buried in the soil, water and maintain moisture, and facilitate seedling emergence p>
