1、 Spring sowing

1. Seed collection

Privet seeds generally mature at the end of each year, that is, from November to December. This is the best time to collect seeds. First of all, you need to choose a privet tree that looks strong, tree shape and excellent in all aspects. The seeds collected from such privet trees are more robust after growing. Then you need to cut down the ears with scissors, collect the fruits, and then put them in clean water for about a week, then remove the peel, and then wash them and dry them

After that, we need to wet store the seeds, take them out in March and April of the next spring, and plant them with 40 ℃ blisters

2. Planting environment

First, we need to choose a leeward, sunny place with good drainage and irrigation conditions. For soil, fertile soil with more organic matter should be selected. Generally, it can be mixed with sandy loam and light clay, which is conducive to seed germination

3. Sowing method

Directly sprinkle the seeds on the cultivation site, and then cover it with a layer of soil. A certain amount of fertilizer can be applied, usually manure, which is conducive to increasing the nutrients during seed development and promoting the germination of its seeds

2、 Winter sowing

Privet seeds can also be sown in winter. Generally, it is carried out before freezing in winter, and there is no need for other treatment of seeds. The planting method is the same as spring sowing

3、 Management after sowing and emergence
