1、 Preparation:
First check whether your bamboo branches need to be trimmed. If there are more roots, it means you need to be trimmed. Prepare a sharp tool, pick a sunny day and start pruning p>
2、 Take bamboo:
First move the vase to a place convenient for pruning, remove the ornaments hanging on the bamboo branches, and then carefully take the bamboo branches out of the vase. If you find that the roots of the bamboo branches are too dense and stuck at the mouth of the bottle, it is inconvenient to take them out at a time, you can pour out the water in the bottle first. Take it out carefully with the help of some tools p>
3、 Check:
After taking the bamboo out of the water, carefully check it. First look at its roots to see if there are rotten or damaged roots, as well as old or poorly grown roots p>
4、 Trim:
If the root whiskers are found to be defective, they can be removed directly with tools. Pay attention to observation during operation and be careful not to accidentally hurt the new root. The new root usually has a layer of tender white skin p>
5、 Bottling:
Wash the pruned bamboo branches with water, and then put them in a vase containing nutrient solution p>
6、 Curing:
After pruning, change the water every three days. After a week, put some small charcoal in the water to prevent root rot. In the process of curing, the vase should not be moved for at least half a month, so that new roots can grow after half a month p>
