1、 Remove lateral buds
In order to make the buds at the top of its main branch more robust and develop better, its lateral buds can be removed. If the flower has a high stem, it can be supported by posts or nets in the windy season to prevent it from being blown down p>
If it is planted in the field and has a large number, it is necessary to remove some leaves at the bottom in time to facilitate its ventilation, and avoid the erosion of diseases in hot season p>
2、 Remove flower bud
If it is used as a cut flower, remove the flower bud at the top of it to facilitate the growth of its lateral branches and make the flowers of its lateral branches grow more evenly. If this method is adopted, each flower can harvest more than ten cut flowers, the stem can grow to 70-80 cm, and the whole flower can grow to 120-170 cm p>
Some varieties will grow lateral buds at the festival, which should be removed in time, otherwise the nutrients will be scattered, affecting the growth of main flowers p>
3、 Pick the heart
If it is used to plant in the flower bed and watch, you can pick its heart, so that its branches can grow four or five flowers. If it's a potted plant, it's best to plant only one flower in it p>
If you want to control its height, you can spray its leaves with a relatively small dose of bijiu solution 20 days after its buds grow, so that its height can be controlled. Picking the heart is to cut off some of its top according to its variety p>
4、 Pruning
In this way, it can bloom longer. If you want to extend the flower growing days for one month, you can leave two or three leaves at the end of May, remove the top tip and tiller buds, help its lateral branches grow, pour enough fertilizer and water on it, loosen its soil, and flowers can grow from July to August p>
If you want to turn the flowering period into two months, you can wipe it for the second time in mid June. On the basis of the first heart picking, remove the newly grown bud by three to five centimeters, sprinkle it with liquid fertilizer once a week, and flowers can grow in August and September p>
