5. Daily maintenance

Water volume: during the seedling stage, the water depth is 5-7 cm to ensure the respiration of the seedlings. As the lotus grows, the water should be increased slowly, and the depth of the mature seedlings should be kept at 8-12 cm

Fertilization: compared with other flowers, lotus doesn't have high requirements for fertilizer. Just add some crushed peanut shells to the soil before flowering
