1、 Planting environment
1. Soil: the soil with loose texture and good drainage should be used for planting chestnut trees. The soil with too heavy viscosity will affect its growth to a certain extent and cause root rot p>
2. Watering: a large amount of water will be lost after harvest, and it is relatively dry in autumn and winter, so it is easy to suffer from drought, so it is necessary to water in time to ensure the water it needs p>
3. Light: chestnut trees should receive sufficient light during their growth, which can promote photosynthesis. If they receive insufficient light, it will affect the yield p>
4. Temperature: give it a growth environment of 10-20 ℃. If the temperature is too low in winter, it will be damaged by freezing. If the temperature is not too high in summer, it is easy to cause poor growth p>
2、 Breeding method
1. Sowing and reproduction: sowing is generally carried out from March to April. Before sowing, sterilize the seeds with methyl tob body fluid, prepare suitable soil and sow the seeds p>
2. Grafting and propagation: grafting is generally best carried out from August to October, splitting is carried out 20 days before germination, leaves are spread on the new shoots, and after the infusion flows, the new shoots are grafted about 20 days after germination. After grafting, it is best to tie it tightly with plastic film to reduce water evaporation p>
