This method is more suitable for large-scale planting. Its explants can use fresh sprouts. It is not difficult to pollute in the past. First wash the underground stems of the mother plant, soak them in carbendazim solution for one day, and then put them into plastic bags for germination. The temperature should be controlled at about 25 ℃. When the buds grow to 2 cm, use the growth point inside as the explants, which has relatively low pollution
