1、 Breeding environment
1. Soil: the soil with loose soil and good drainage shall be used for raising peony flowers. The pH value of soil is preferably neutral, or slightly acidic and alkaline p>
2. Water content: don't water too much at ordinary times. The temperature will be very low in winter. Watering can be suspended. Generally, watering shall be carried out after the soil is dry, so as to avoid root rot caused by ponding p>
3. Light: peonies like light, but they can't be exposed to the sun. It should be given plenty of sunshine at ordinary times and shade when there is a hot sun in summer p>
4. Temperature: Peony should be given a growth environment of 16-20 ℃. It is afraid of being very cold. When it is cold in winter, it needs to do a good job of heat preservation p>
2、 Breeding method
1. Ramet propagation: take the three-year-old plant as the mother plant, remove the soil from the soil and dry it for 1-2 days. Each part of the ramet needs to have a complete root system and retain tiller buds. After being divided, it can be planted vertically and compacted p>
2. Cutting propagation: select strong branches, insert them into sandy soil, pour appropriate amount of water, and then cover them with a layer of film to keep warm p>
3、 Common diseases and insect pests
The most common disease of peony is brown spot, so we should do a good job in prevention. Spray Carbendazim and Bordeaux liquid every half a month after flowering, cut off the diseased leaves before winter, and spray stone sulfur mixture appropriately before germination p>
