1、 Sowing and propagation
After harvesting the fleshy seeds, they need to be sown immediately or wait for the next spring. If the seed is stored for a long time, its germination rate will also decrease significantly. The life span of fleshy seeds is generally very short. The life span of some varieties is only a few weeks, so they should be sown as soon as possible p>
2、 Cutting propagation
1. Leaf insertion: cut off the fleshy, healthy and disease-free leaves and place them flat on the sand bed. Soon the leaves will sprout new buds and soon take root p>
2. Stem cutting: when pruning succulent plants, the cut branches can be used as cuttings. When cutting, the wound shall be cleaned, and it shall be cut in the sand bed after it is dried p>
3. Root insertion: the roots of some succulent varieties are very developed. The mature roots can be cut off and buried in the sand bed, and the top needs to be properly exposed. During the growth period, it is necessary to keep moist and bright sunlight, and new buds will grow soon p>
3、 Ramet propagation
The succulent plants in group or with rosette leaves can be divided. When changing pots, cut off their bulbs, small plants or tubers and plant them separately. Some varieties can be more pure only by breeding separately, such as never night city brocade, Phnom Penh tiger tail orchid and so on p>
