First, put a layer of ceramsite at the bottom of the flowerpot and take it out of the original flowerpot. After taking out, use scissors or root opener to loosen the soil buckle on the edge of the flowerpot, and trim the residual roots on the edge. Put the soil into the flowerpot and don't fill it too full when filling.
