Planting a crape myrtle tree is a relatively easy process that can bring years of beautiful blooms to your yard. Follow these steps for a successful planting:

Step 1: Choose the Right Location

Crape myrtle trees thrive in full sunlight, so choose a spot in your yard that gets at least six hours of direct sunlight each day. They also prefer well-draining soil, so avoid planting in areas that are prone to standing water. Lastly, make sure you have enough space for the tree to grow - crape myrtles can grow up to 20 feet tall and 15 feet wide.

Step 2: Prepare the Soil
