1、 Breeding environment
1. Soil: loose, fertile and well drained soil should be selected for soil culture of Fugui bamboo. Its roots don't like clay. If the soil is too sticky, it will produce ponding, which is easy to cause its roots to rot p>
2. Light: for the local cultivation of Fugui bamboo, it should be placed at the scattering light of bright light. It should not be exposed to direct sunlight, and its leaves will be burned. Nor can it be cultivated in too shady environment, so it will grow in vain and the leaves will become thin and weak p>
3. Temperature: according to the temperature requirements for indoor maintenance of Fugui bamboo, the temperature for overwintering indoors in the north in winter should be above 5 ℃, and it will suffer from freezing injury in the range of 5 to 0 p>
4. Moisture: during the maintenance of soil grown rich and noble bamboo, the soil shall be kept slightly moist by watering, and the soil shall not be completely dry. At the same time, it shall not accumulate too much water to avoid rotten roots p>
5. Fertilization: the demand for fertilizer is not particularly high. Generally, liquid fertilizer is applied to it once a month. Change the soil once every 2-3 years. When changing the soil, properly mix some rotten organic fertilizer or slow-release compound fertilizer into the soil p>
2、 Common diseases and insect pests
During the maintenance process, Fugui bamboo is prone to red spider, stem rot and other diseases and insect pests. When a small amount of them occur, the parts where they occur should be cut off. If a large number of cases occur, drugs should be used for prevention and control to avoid mutual infection p>
