1、 Select rhizome
Planting aster is generally carried out in spring when the soil thaws to a depth of about 10 cm. The rhizome with strong growth, dense and short nodes and dormant period should be selected as the seedling. Cut a small segment with a length of about 5-7 cm, and ensure that each segment has 2-3 dormant buds, which is more conducive to survival p>
2、 Planting in soil
Plant immediately after cutting. When planting, open a 25-30cm wide horizontal ditch on the sorted border surface, and the ditch depth is 5-7cm. Put the bud eye upward into the ditch and place 1-2 segments every 15-17 cm. Then cover it with a layer of soil, make it flush with the border surface, and compact the soil slightly p>
3、 Post planting curing
After planting, water it immediately, cover it with grass for heat preservation and moisture retention, and remove it after seedling emergence p>
