1、 Cutting planting

1. Time: the time for cutting is from late June to early and middle July. During this period, the temperature and other conditions are more suitable, and the probability of survival will be greater

2. Cuttings: select a strong mother plant and cut a section of branches from it as the cutting object, or cut long branches for 3 to 4 years, with a length of about 50 cm

3. Cutting: insert the cut cuttings into the prepared matrix, which can be inserted obliquely, and wait about 1 month to take root

4. Curing: after cutting, water it at any time, and shade it when the sun is hot

2、 Grafting propagation

1. Time: it can be carried out in spring and autumn

2. Rootstock and cuttings: citron or lemon can be used as rootstock for grafting, and branches on plants that have grown robustly for 4 to 5 years can be used as cuttings

3. Grafting: there are two methods of grafting. You can use the close grafting method and the abdominal grafting method to insert the cuttings tightly into the rootstock for subsequent maintenance. Under appropriate conditions, the cuttings will grow faster
