1、 Time selection
For calla, the success rate of sowing method is relatively high, and choosing the right time can improve the survival rate. Preferably in March or August. However, if the temperature is appropriate, it is generally OK in spring or autumn p>
2、 Preparatory work
1. Selection of matrix: suitable matrix is also helpful for survival. Perlite plus coarse sand, rotten leaf soil, peat soil and so on can be used. No matter what substrate is used, it should be disinfected before use. It can be exposed to the sun for a few days, or other disinfectants can be used. Its roots are weak and may be greatly affected if there are bacteria p>
2. Seed selection: its seed setting rate is not too high, so we can artificially select a strong mother plant and pollinate it. Then collect the seeds p>
3、 Sowing
After collecting the seeds and preparing the substrate, you can sow. Select plump seeds and sprinkle them into the soil as evenly as possible. Then, cover with a layer of soil p>
4、 Subsequent curing
The temperature should always be up and down 20 degrees. Pay special attention to the light. If the light is strong when sowing, remember to shade after sowing, such as with the help of shading net. About a month or so, the seeds will germinate and grow seedlings. Under normal maintenance, it can bloom in the second year p>
