1、 Breeding conditions

1. Water quality: when the room temperature reaches above 20 ℃, change the water once every 2-3 days; When the temperature is about 15 ℃ - 20 ℃, change the water once every 3-7 days; When the temperature is lower than 15 ℃, change the water once a week

2. Illumination: it prefers sunlight. It can be placed in the sunny place all year round

4. Environment: it likes a warm environment. When the air is dry, it should often spray water on the leaves to increase humidity. It should be moved away from the heating in winter

3. Fertilization: because it is planted in water, the nutrition is certainly not as good as that planted in soil. Therefore, an appropriate amount of nutrient solution can be poured into water to meet the nutrient demand during plant growth

2、 Breeding method

Water green pineapple is generally propagated by cutting. At the beginning of summer, 15-30 cm branches can be cut and 1-2 nodes at the bottom can be removed. It should be cultivated with soil and planted directly. Keep 3-5 roots in each pot watered once, and it can germinate in a dark place for about 30 days. Direct hydroponic culture is also possible.
